Hello there! Nice to meet you all! Im new here, my name is Emily and i have been on a rollar coaster of weight my whole life. right now im at a good point. But right now my boyfriend of over a year is in Europe for 45 days and i really want him to come back to a weigh (hahah PUN) hotter me. Last week i lost about three pounds. Im hoping to loose 15 to 20 pounds while he is gone. Thats 3-4 pounds a week. Ive recently started working out A TON more and it gunna come off! Im determined. Here are my stats: Name: Emily Age: 19 Height: 5'3" BMI: 30! eeee gawds! CW: 171 HW: 192 LW:145? Eating disorder/diet: Heavily Restricting myself, and working out everyday for at least a half hour.

I didn't ever really work out, but I don't ever feel hungry, so I didn't eat that much (but I did consume a bit of alcohol). I started working out pretty seriously last month (cardio/weights). Additionally, I work with toddlers, track my sleep and water intake, limit calories to between 1100-1400, and forego drinking; but the weight is coming off so slowly. I wonder if my body's just adjusting to the exercise? I look better, but I don't know, it's not motivating enough.

its not much, i actually went down to 123 but lost it for a few days. but now i found out that i lost two whole inches on my boobs!! im sooo excited (my whoowhoos are wayyy to big for my frame, a tripple D or something and im only 5'2". its how ppl knew me in high school. vverrry embarassing) so all in all not too bad. at least im losing inches :)

You guys were right. BC doesn't do much to your weight. Last week's weight: I don't know. Something like 116. This week's weight: 110. What happened? I started smoking again. Also, been stressed out with work, fighting with my best friend, and my boyfriend and I can't find a place to live other than with our families. When I'm highly stressed, I tend not to eat. My boyfriend doesn't like that. My height is 5'3 and I don't feel like figuring out my bmi.
